Shipping Policy

United Kingdom Delivery

- Next Day Delivery: Place your order Monday to Thursday before 4:30 pm for next day delivery.
- Orders After Friday: Orders placed after Friday 4:30 pm will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
- Delivery Responsibility: We do not take responsibility if the delivery is not completed due to unavailability of the recipient or the courier.

Refund Policy

- Refund Requests: If the refund request is approved, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

*Exchange Policy*

- Postage Fee: When requesting an exchange, you will need to pay the postage to return the garment.
- Re-Delivery Fee: A re-delivery fee of £5 may be applicable, along with extra product charges if applicable.
- Contact: You will be contacted after receiving the garment to proceed with your exchange request.

International Deliveries

- Delivery Time: Please allow at least 10 days to receive your purchase. Customs clearance may result in longer delivery times.
- Returns: We do not accept any international returns.
