Thank you for choosing our products. We kindly advise you to carefully review the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.
To ensure the best experience when trying on your garment, please follow these guidelines:
- Make sure to take a bath before wearing the garment to avoid any transfer of dirt or odours.
- Avoid applying creams or oils to your skin before trying it on, as this can affect the fabric.
- Please ensure you wear appropriate underwear while trying on the garment to maintain its pristine condition.
By placing an order, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.
Due to the nature of our products and their intended use as undergarments, we are unable to accept returns or provide exchanges/refunds except in cases of production errors or when an incorrect size has been shipped. This policy ensures the hygiene, safety, and quality of our garments for all of our customers.
Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
- Production Errors or Incorrect Orders:
If you believe there has been an error in your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your garment by contacting us at: info@waistraineruk.com Please provide visual evidence (e.g., photos or videos) to support your claim. -
Return Process for Approved Cases:
- If our team determines that an exchange is necessary, you must return the product within 2 business days from the date we confirm your request.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure that the product has not been washed.
- You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please send the item in its original, unused condition and ensure that it is securely packaged.
- You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. Additionally, please include a prepaid envelope for the shipment of the replacement product, as we are unable to cover re-postage costs.
Refunds Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the delivery charge will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our refund policy. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@waistraineruk.com.
Important Notes on Refunds and Returns
- Underwear and Hygiene Policy:
Our products are classified as undergarments, with many intended for post-surgical purposes. This means that garments may come into contact with bodily fluids during use. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns of any used or customised products. -
Customised or Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:- Custom-made shapers
- Gluteus enhancers
- Thong (Brazilian) shapers
- Bras
- Gel and body wraps
- Clearance or sale items
- Free gifts

Sizing Issues:
All clients are responsible for ensuring that accurate measurements are taken and submitted when placing an order. We cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds/exchanges for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements.
In the event of a sizing issue, we will require visual evidence (such as photos, videos, or a video call) to assess the fit of the garment. If the client prefers not to provide this evidence, they may return the unused garment for inspection.
The garment must be in the same condition it was sent: brand new, unwashed, with all tags, in the original packaging, and unworn, without any marks. Following the inspection, we will decide whether to issue a refund. If the garment shows signs of having been used, we reserve the right to return it to the client and not accept any refunds.
If the garment is found to be in proper condition, a full refund will be issued, deducting any delivery fees. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Please Note:
Latex Products:
Upon removing your product from the packaging for the first time, a strong latex smell or odour may be apparent, but this will wear off over time. The latex panels may also come with a white or powdery film, as well as glossy or oily patches. These are not signs of the item being used, dirty, or defective. These products are received this way from the factory to help protect the latex material. Additionally, the products may have glue residue marks on seams or circular glue spots. This is not a quality issue and is part of the manufacturing process. Please note that all our waist trainers are individually handmade.
- Respectful Communication Policy
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a respectful environment for our staff and clients. We have zero tolerance for disrespectful, offensive, or hateful communication. In such cases, we reserve the right to terminate communication and deny refunds or further assistance.
